Beauty & the Boss is now Gazelle Works!

Beauty & the Boss began as a career coaching service focused on supporting women in the AEC industry as they positioned themselves for promotions and pursued meaningful career pivots. As demand grew, the work naturally expanded into conference speaking and delivering trainings on topics such as career leadership, negotiation, and professional networking.

Over time, new referrals and inquiries opened the door to broader opportunities. I began facilitating workshops for municipalities, partnering with ERGs to strengthen engagement strategies, and leading Principal and Board retreats.

Through these experiences, I discovered a deeper calling: helping people feel genuinely connected—not only to their work, but also to one another. Career coaching remains a core offering, but Gazelle Works now provides the platform to create greater impact, build strong partnerships, and deliver a wider range of services that support both individuals and organizations.

Gazelle Works exists to help you connect to the people around you, align with the mission you’re called to, and equip you for the task ahead of you.

On the open plains, the gazelle survives by doing what it does best: moving together. A herd in motion reacts with breathtaking speed—pivoting, weaving, and accelerating with seamless coordination. Their power is not just in their agility, but in their unity; together they navigate uncertainty, evade danger, and pursue what lies ahead.

We bring that same spirit of cohesion to the workplace, helping individuals and teams respond to change with confidence, communicate with clarity, and align around a shared purpose.

Whether delivering a conference keynote or facilitating a conference room meeting, Gazelle Works exists to help you connect to the people around you, align with the mission you’re called to, and equip you for the task ahead of you.

Because when people move in the same direction, nothing is impossible.

How did I come up with the name Gazelle Works?

Gazelles are graceful, agile animals that embody speed, strength, vulnerability, vigilance, and intuition. They also benefit by moving together as one and I believe there is power in respectful unity and agreement. Secondly, my middle name means “gazelle,” so it’s personal. Lastly, work refers to our core purpose of helping people prosper in their work and careers.
